Treatment Operations, Security, Support (TOSS)
Entry Level
Great experience for individuals starting in counseling and social work. Responsible for after hours monitoring of clients’ well-being and security of the facility, usually beginning part-time. Qualifying education and Experience:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Experience working in teams, being responsible for others
Recovery Counselor
Bachelor’s Level
Provides substances abuse treatment to residents and outpatient service recipients. Services are provided in individual and group settings, and include in-person and remote modalities. Treatment coaches must be able to navigate community resources to provide strong case management support for our service recipients. Qualifying Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Counselor-in-Training certification registered with the Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, licensure is preferred (including CADC, LADAC, ACADC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, and others)
