 It is the mission of Recovery Centers of Arkansas to enable individuals to live free from the abuse of alcohol and/or drugs by providing treatment programming and other professional services within an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas is licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for alcohol and drug services in the areas of residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and community housing.

For the impaired professional, the more up-scale accomodations and the privacy of the Oasis Renewal Center is often more appealing with its log cabin cottages, main lodge, private dining facilities and scenic walking trails threading through three pristine lakes. The course RCA is offering on visually enhanced training on Ethics presented by Carole Baxter, MS, LPE, LADAC, CCDP on August 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Oasis Renewal Center in Little Rock entitled, “Boxes” Treating Clients with Co-Occurring Mental Illness & Substance Use Disorders” is FULL.

We are now accepting registration for "Counseling Theory and Practice" presented by GARY CAMPBELL, BS, LADAC, CS, AADC, CCGC-II on Friday, September 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Oasis Renewal Center in Little Rock.   

You can expect:
  1. A presentation of current counseling theories and applications toward substance abuse programs;
  2. To learn how to focus on evidenced based practices including cognitive behavioral skills development;
  3. How to motivate clients to explore alternative solutions and utilize community based resources to maintain long term recovery; and
  4. During the course of the presentation we will review group, individual and family counseling.
